Speech & Occupational Therapy Career Opportunities

Acorn Therapy Services is a growing private practice specializing in pediatric speech and occupational therapy. We focus on motor speech disorders, communication skills, fine motor development, as well as AAC and feeding.

Parents play a crucial role in our therapy sessions, participating in goal setting, session updates, and home-based practice programs. Our ideal candidates are motivated problem-solvers who are skilled in communicating the 'why' for therapy strategies with caregivers and families.

We are currently hiring for:

Speech Therapist with Feeding Therapy Experience

Occupational Therapist with Feeding Therapy Experience

Work autonomously, using your expertise.
Enjoy the freedom of creating your own schedule.
Take opportunities to specialize.
Be part of our growth.

Join our growing team for a rewarding experience in a laid-back, flexible environment that will be expanding into adult therapy soon. Work autonomously, using your expertise to help clients achieve their goals.

Therapists on our team enjoy the freedom to create their schedules, determine how many clients they want and when they are available, and we work to fill the request.

Incentive pay is available once a provider hits 10 sessions per week, as well as an end-of-year bonus. The opportunities are endless!

Collaborate in a fun, game-filled office, contributing to our dynamic, welcoming space. We also use an electronic medical record system that is user-friendly and enables documentation time to be kept at a minimum.

Evaluations are paid at a higher rate to compensate for the time spent on writing the report and development of a treatment plan. Providers have the option to work in a quiet, single room or a larger play/sensory space while sharing the space with other providers for collaboration and unique therapy opportunities. Our large space will also be used to facilitate parent support groups and educational workshops. Each provider is able to earn additional compensation for organizing and holding a workshop of their choosing and at a time that is convenient for them and their schedules.
